Delaware shore early 1990's
My
parents-Robert and Mary
Nitz-married for more years than I can even imagine.
And
This is my Dear Old Dad as he loved to call himself.....Retired from
many
years of gospel ministry at the Church of the Open Door in
Greensburg,PA........and
was retired living the life of luxury in Delaware with my mother. He
was
still writing verses for our birthdays and generally letting his
grandaughter
Abby be his entertainment. My beloved father went to be with the Lord
on
August 22, 1998. He left this life listening to his grandaughter Robin
and grandson Vic singing his favorite southern style gospel
music.
Something that he never tired of doing. His children and their music
was
very important to him. I miss him terribly.
